Mehdi Hassan Saab ki ek gazal hai…

लेकिन इतना तो हुआ कुछ लोग पहचाने गये”  bahut khubsurat lyrics hai aur gaya bhi khoob hai…Inspired from that gazal my thoughts and emotions…

Jara si baat

My very first poem” … ”

It has lots of sweet memories attached to it…though in poetry terms it was not a great poem…it holds special place in my heart…here is the Hindi version of it…

Its difficult to do justice to the original and some meaning gets lost in translation…but I have done my best to translate it in Hindi…

Haan aati hai yaad teri

Maazha Man…

my soul is crying from inside but to the world i have to show a brave face…why…these double standards…why can’t i be happy…???

Mazha maan

Tu Pan Nahi-Mi Pan Nahi…

Two people in love don’t need any kind of conversation…any senses…. between them to get their feelings across…just like god is all prevailing…can’t feel him…like the red colour of henna in the green mehendi can’t be seen…love has to be felt…its intangible…

To pan nahi-mi pan nahi

Hum Na Honge

A sad but romantic perception of parting from a beloved…there is no anger…jealousy…only acceptance of the futility of failed love…

Hum Na Honge
